- 2 months bank statements
- 2 years W2s
- Drivers license and Social security card
- Homeowners insurance agent contact information (you may want to get a quote after you go under contract)
- 2 Years signed Tax returns
- Mortgage statements (if you have any current mortgages)
- DD-214 (VA only)
- Divorce decree or separation agreement
This is not all we will need but it is a start. Don't wait to have all documents, send what you have as soon as possible.
